3. No Real Money Gambling

This platform operates entirely as a free social casino. Geodes are a virtual currency with absolutely no real-world value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, prizes, or any other real-world items.

4. Virtual Currency (Geodes)

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use Geodes exclusively within Crystal Blitz Lounge. Crystal Blitz Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to manage, modify, or reset Geode balances at our sole discretion without liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Sector 7, including the B.O.U.L.D.E.R. mascot, game mechanics, text, and visual designs, are the intellectual property of Crystal Blitz Entertainment Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Blitz Lounge is provided on an 'as is' basis. Crystal Blitz Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or any loss of your virtual Geodes balance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of Crystal Blitz Lounge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
